Appointments plus Cancellations
All LipoFreeze2u clinic employees undergo training, and they are allowed to perform their duties according to the firm’s treatment rules. This means that the clinic does not assure you that you will be assigned a specific staff member to handle your treatment. As you visit the clinic for your next treatment, you should expect to be served by any member of the staff. If you are not in the position to attend your next appointment, you will need to provide a notice about the same within two days.
Failure to communicate on time will attract a cancellation fee, and it will be equal to your treatment expenses. You will also pay for other treatments before getting the services. For customers who have already paid for their treatments, but they fail to show up they will be required to pay for the missed treatment services. If you are planning to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you should call the health facility where your treatment was to take place and provide the reasons as to why. Keep in mind that the clinic does not answer any text messages.
To make the appointment process effective, you should arrive at the facility at least ten minutes before to provide room for the completion of the paperwork. Coming late can lead to forfeiting of your treatment appointment. The clinic is committed to ensuring that your appointment is within the schedule but due to unavoidable circumstances, this may not happen, and therefore the clinic has all the mandate to postpone or cancel your appointment through a short notification.
Prior to the appointment, the clinic will notify you if there are any preparations you need to undertake before your treatment. Failing to follow the instructions may lead to the reduction of treatment time, additional treatment fee and cancellation of the appointment. If you pay for your treatment in advance and you change your mind after the payment, the money will not be refunded. But, you have the option of using it towards other treatments.
Payments, Credit Card Details, and Deposits
For you to secure your appointment, you will need to deposit £50.00 either by cash, charged to your debit or credit card and bank transfer during the booking process.
Your deposit payment will accommodate the treatment cost on the appointment day.
You are not be allowed to pay your treatment bookings in instalments you must pay it in full after arriving at the facility before your treatment starts.
The deposit and the paid courses are not refundable, and you cannot transfer them.
Course of Treatment
All the treatments, which you purchased as a course, are supposed to be paid in full before your first treatment. Your treatments must be booked or taken within one year from the day and date of purchase. If you leave any of your treatment un-booked or nu-taken after the one year period, it will be forfeited and if you do not follow your aftercare or your full treatment course, the end results will not have any benefits to you.
In such cases, the clinic will not be responsible for your future complications. Treatment results are not constant and they vary from one individual to the other and they cannot be guaranteed. The results depend on factors such as your lifestyle, diet, and any other medical conditions you may be going through.
Health experts at the clinic have the responsibility to check if a given treatment is suitable for your unique case or if it will provide any positive responses at the end of the treatment activity. If the available treatment options are not suitable for your case, reasons will be provided as to why. As a client, you will not be liable for the expenses involving your initial consultations.
The clinic will not be held responsible for any offence, contract or any other losses which include but not limited to loss of your profits. The facility and its staff members will not be liable for any damages attached or connected to the provision of services and goods. Also, the clinic is not responsible for Consequential or indirect losses that may be as a result of the services offered at the clinic. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all personal and relevant documents, existing medical conditions and relevant medical history are produced on time before each treatment.
The clinic will not be responsible for any damages that may result from the client’s failure to provide such useful information. All customers should agree to follow all the procedures, recommendations and guidelines that are provided to them either by the staff member or on behalf of the clinic involving the treatment and care of the affected area. Nobody or nothing in these terms and conditions shall be in the position to limit or exclude the health facility’s liability for any bodily or personal injuries that may result from the clinic’s operational agents or the clinic’s negligence.
Special Offers or Vouchers
Your treatment discount cannot be utilized or associated with any other offers since it only applies to RRP. When you make your booking using a voucher, you should know that it cannot be refunded and transferred. If you fail to attend your treatment appointment, your voucher will be terminated. Each client is given two days to reschedule a voucher booking. Clinic management is not open to any discussions, and its decisions are final.
